Management receive regular advertising and we take an aggressive
approach marketing your property to acquiring tenants by submitting RFP's as required by local
organizations seeking housing. We actively participate with Section 8 and Southern Utah University's Community
Partners.
Our
agents keep owners informed of any major maintenance issues as they occur and respond to the needs
of tenants. We have a full-time maintenance staff who can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
We
inspect the properties on a continual basis to monitor repairs and tenant compliance with
their lease agreement. Seasonal preventative maintenance inspections are performed to ensure proper care
of heating and cooling systems. Grounds maintenance and snow removal is put out for bid each
year.
For the owners
convenience, we provide detailed monthly statements itemizing all income and
expenses.
