As the president of the Cedar City Townhomes, one of the HOA's management by Asset Management Real Estate, I want to give the highest review to Debbie and her staff for their integrity and professionalism. Recently we had a local lawn service provider try to bully the HOA into paying exorbitant fees for services they said they were under contract to perform, however, they could never produce the said contract. Debbie saved the HOA hundreds of dollars for work that was never asked to be done. The service provider harassed the HOA for months without ever producing a contract. Debbie protected the HOA from extortion and saved us from paying for services we had not authorized.
