Everyone here is so easy to work with. They are always incredibly nice when we drop off our rent and they remember who we are every time we go in. I lived in WillowBrook student housing for three years and it was one of my favorite parts about college. WillowBrook may be old but having a queen bed, private bathroom and walk in closet is amazing. The college atmosphere makes it the perfect place for every college student. Asset makes it easy to pay rent, great at staying on top of maintains requests and is very helpful when it comes to roommate problems, loud neighbors and much more. Lots of people have problems with Asset Management but as long as you follow the contract, which isn't hard, you will have no problem! If I went back in time, I wouldn't change anything! Thank you Asset for being apart of my amazing college experience!
